Coach Glen Yearling
I am the Founder/ PRESIDENT of Berkley Timberwolves Youth Athletics Organization. I have been a youth coach for over 20 years in the Norfolk, Virginia area.
The Berkley Timberwolves Football and Cheering Organization was started in July 2004 by Coach Glen Yearling with the vision of saving the youth in the city and community.
The Berkley Timberwolves Youth Sports Athletics Organization is working on a YOUTH MOVEMENT. Our goal is to save as many youths as we can thru ATHLETICS,
MENTORING, DISCIPLINE & EDUCATION.
This Organization gives the children in the community a chance to be taught the game of football and basketball along with cheering as well as instilling the importance of education and home values that would later help them excel in life. Our kids are cared for by our coaches, our staff members and other positive individuals whom have their best interest at heart.
This world is not easy but we have to continue to push on. If we can save at least one (1) youth, we have accomplished a goal but our ultimate goal is to save hundreds through tough love and hard work.
This organization has always operated in a nonprofit state; however, in 2016, the Organization filed the necessary paperwork to become recognized as a NONPROFIT 501(c)(3) organization. As a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we are also a Virginia sales tax exempt organization.
